Club Zero Go Big in Japan – NI and ROI only

    1. This promotion (“Promotion”) will take place between 00:01 on 24th April 2019 and 23:59 on 16th October 2019 (“Promotional Period”) in participating Subway® stores in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland only.
    2. The promoter is Eat-Commerce Ltd, 40 Oxford Road, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP11 2EE (“Promoter”). The administrator is Tranxactor Technologies Limited (“Administrator”). The prize provider is Britvic Ireland Limited, Kylemore Park West, Ballyfermot, Dublin 10 (“Prize Provider”). The fulfilment agent is Mix Tape Marketing Limited, Northwest Business Park, Ballycoolin, Dublin 15 (“Fulfilment Agent”).     3. Entry is open to residents of Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland only who are aged 18 years or over. Entrants will only be permitted to enter into the Promotion in the area in which they reside.
    4. For entrants in Northern Ireland, this Promotion will be governed by Northern Irish law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Northern Ireland. For entrants in the Republic of Ireland, this Promotion will be governed by Irish Law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ireland.
    5. There will be 13 prize draws as detailed in the table in clause 11 below. There are 572 prizes in total, with 286 prizes that could be won by entrants in each market (Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland). Entrants who are resident in the Republic of Ireland will only be entered into the Republic of Ireland draw and entrants who are resident in Northern Ireland will only be entered into the Northern Ireland draws.
    6. To be entered into the Promotion each entrant must: (i) have an activated, registered Subcard® that is not suspended; (ii) have opted in to receive marketing communications in relation to their Subcard®; (iii) satisfy the other criteria set out in these terms and conditions.
    7. To be entered into a prize draw each entrant must correctly answer the skill question via the Subcard® website. To change their answer, entrants must answer the skill question again via the Subcard® website and the most recent answer before the date of the relevant prize draw will be deemed to be entered.
    8. Subject to compliance with clauses 6 and 7 above, subsequent entries into the prize draws are made either (a) each time the entrant’s Subcard® is scanned in store at the check-out when making a purchase of a Subway® product (no purchase required in Northern Ireland), or (b) for free by posting their full name, postal address, email address and registered Subcard® account number to: Freepost RSJT-LCCS-UEGZ, “Club Zero Go Big in Japan” Promotion, Eat Commerce Limited, Rapid House, 40 Oxford Road, High Wycombe, HP11 2EE.  Only one written entry will be accepted per entrant per day during the Promotional Period.     9. For new Subcard® registrations made during the Promotional Period, entry into a prize draw will only be accepted in relation to purchases made in accordance with these terms and conditions (no purchase required in Northern Ireland) after: (i) the Subcard® has been registered and activated; (ii) the entrant has registered their details with a Subcard® account; (iii) the entrant has opted-in to receive marketing communications in relation to such Subcard® and (iv) the entrant must comply with clause 7 in answering the skill question correctly. Registration of a Subcard® will be confirmed within 48 hours of the entrant registering their details in accordance with the terms set out on the Subcard® website. 
    10. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that at the time of entry into the prize draw, their correct and current contact details, including full name, postcode, email address and a current contact telephone number are registered with their Subcard® account by 23:59 on the day before the relevant draw.
    11. There will be 13 prize draws which will take place on the prize draw dates specified in the table below. Entries must be received by 23:59 on the day before the relevant prize draw date in order to be entered into the draw and all subsequent draws.

  1. In terms of rugby zipped tops and jerseys, preferred sizes will be provided where possible, however all sizes will be subject to availability.
  2. Winners of each prize draw will be selected at random by computer generated process. There will be two witnesses to each prize draw and an independent adjudicator for any disputes in this respect. Winners have until 00:00 midnight 5 working days after these dates of the prize draws to reply by email to claim their prize. If no response is received during this time, then the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be chosen at the Promoter’s discretion. Winners will be requested to give confirmation that they wish to accept the prize.
  3. Prize winners and their chosen friend must be in possession of a full, current and valid passport and will be solely responsible for obtaining any required visas or travel permits and travel insurance at their own cost. The Promoter shall not be liable for any cancellation, changes or delays to any of the travel arrangements.
  4. Subject to the winner’s prior written consent being obtained:
    1. the winner’s personal details will be shared with the Prize Provider and with the Fulfilment Agent for prize fulfilment, logistics, marketing and public relations purposes without recompense to the winner; and
    2. photographs and video material of the winner may be taken which will belong to and may be used in promotional material by the Promoter and/or its affiliates and/or the Prize Provider and/or the Fulfilment Agent solely for the purposes of promotional activity social media platforms during and for a reasonable period after receipt by the winner of the prize.
  5. If a prize is no longer available, the Promoter shall be entitled, in its sole discretion, to provide a substitute that it believes, in its absolute discretion, is a reasonable substitute for the original prize.
  6. Prize images are for representation only.
  7. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be sold, redistributed or exchanged and no cash will be offered in lieu.
  8. Prizes will be subject to Subcard’s® terms and conditions and must be redeemed in accordance therewith – see attached link https://subcard.subway.co.uk/cardholder/en/tnc/.
  9. Prizes will be cancelled or reallocated if:
    1. Winner does not respond to their winner’s notification email within the timeframes set out in clause 13;
    2. They are not collected in accordance to the terms outlined in clause 14 and 15.
  10. The Promoter’s decisions regarding the draw results and prize allocations will be final and binding on the participants and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the same.
  11. No responsibility is accepted for illegible free entries or entries made fraudulently.
  12. No responsibility can be accepted for entries or correspondence (including notification of the winner in terms of clause 13) that are delayed or which are not received for any reason.
  13. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, system or software failures encountered on or during entry into the Promotion or during correspondence with the winners.
  14. Subway Franchisee Advertising Fund Trust B.V., Franchise World Headquarters LLC, Subway IP LLC., Subway International B.V. and each of their affiliates (together the “Subway® Entities”) and the owners and operators of Subway® stores (“Franchise Owners”) accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by an entrant as a result of entering the Promotion or, in the case of prize winners, in relation to any prize.
  15. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree:
    1. to be bound by these terms and conditions and by all applicable laws and decisions of Promoter and the Administrator, which shall be binding and final; and
    2. to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these terms and conditions.
  16. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree not to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against any Subway® Entities or the Franchise Owners in connection with the Promotion, participation in the Promotion, or the use or misuse of any prize.
  17. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to waive any rights to bring any claim, action or proceedings against the Promotional Facilitator in connection with the use or misuse of any prize.
  18.   19. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Promotion at any stage should it be deemed necessary in its sole opinion or if circumstances arise which are outside of its control.

Win a Free Sub Every Day for a Year Promotion 

  1. This promotion (“Promotion”) will take place between 00.01am on 4th March 2019 and 23:59pm on 28th April 2019 in participating Subway® stores in United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.
  2. The prize is 3,500 Subcard® points per week for one calendar year only. These Subcard® points may be redeemed on specified products available in Subway® stores. The available products will be notified to you in store and on-line. These Subcard® points must be redeemed in accordance with these terms and conditions and those of the Subcard® programme (https://subcard.subway.co.uk/cardholder/en/tnc/). The points can be redeemed in Subway® stores save on days on when Subway stores are closed for example Christmas Day 2019.  There are eight prizes in total.  Entrants are only entitled to win one prize.

  9. There will be two (2) draws which will be conducted in two batches of four winners. The first draw will take place on Monday 1st April 2019 and the second draw will take place on Monday 29th April 2019. The draws on the 1st April 2019 will only include entries received between 00:01am on 4th March 2019 and 23:59pm on 31st March 2019. The draws on 29th April 2019 will only include entries made between 00:01am on 4th March 2019 until 11:59pm on 28th April 2019. Winners of each draw will be selected at random by a computer-generated process. No entrant is permitted to win more than one promotional Prize during the entire Promotion. All entrants from England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland will be entered into the draws in accordance with these terms of conditions.
  10. Winners will be notified by email by the Wednesday following each draw. Winners have 48 hours to reply by email to claim the Prize. If no response is received during this time, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be chosen at the Promoter’s discretion. Winners will be requested to confirm that they wish to accept the Prize. Subject to the winner’s prior written consent, their personal details may be shared with selected third parties for prize fulfilment and PR purposes without recompense.
  11. Subcard® Points will be added to the existing Subcard® account of each winner in 52 weekly batches of 3,500 Subcard® Points. Each batch of 3,500 Subcard® points will be applied to the winners’ account on Mondays at 00:01am and will be valid for 7 days only. Any unredeemed points from those awarded as part of the Prize will expire after 7 days and will be removed from the winner’s account at midnight on the following Monday. Under no circumstances can expired points be retained beyond this period or transferred to any other account or redeemed against any other product. For batch 1 winners, the Subcard® Points will be added to the winners’ accounts on Monday 8th April 2019 each week until Monday 6th April 2020. For batch 2 winners, the Subcard® Points will be added to the winners’ accounts on Monday 6th May 2019 each week until Monday 4th May 2020.
  12. Subcard® Points will be added to each winner’s account and the Prize cannot be transferred or redistributed to another account/accounts in any circumstances.
  13. If a Prize is no longer available, the Promoter shall be entitled, in its sole discretion, to provide a substitute that it believes, in its absolute discretion, to be a reasonable substitute for the Prize.
